While the room could use some updates and the layout wasn’t ideal for our family, the friendly staff and great location made our stay enjoyable. It’s important to find eco-friendly options, even if this one needs some TLC!

Review for Belconnen Way Hotel & Serviced Apartments

I had a fantastic stay at the Belconnen Way Hotel & Serviced Apartments. the location is particularly convenient, being close to Woolworths supermarket, a variety of restaurants, and shopping areas. My unit on level 2 was a decent size and newly decorated, which made for a comfortable experience. the staff were extremely friendly, adding to the overall positive atmosphere of my visit.

location: the hotel was short walk to close to shops. i stayed in the room that was been renovated but certainly not like the photos advertised on the website and available on the full sized bed.

Staff are very friendly ,romm is quite clean and comfortable.

This place was really well-equipped on level 2. the staff knew what they were doing, so I’d definitely consider coming back. 😊.

While the bathrooms had been renovated in a lovely marble finish the rest of the room had very dated timber furniture. The walls are also paper thin which makes it difficult to sleep.

The walls are so thin, you can hear the drunks from the pub opening their cans after closing time and farting across the hall! The rooms stink of cigarettes. We booked two nights and paid for them on line, and only stayed one! We had to get out of there.... :-(

The spacious, clean room was comfortable and kept warm during the chilly nights. Having cooking facilities and Netflix was a bonus. the layout of the second bedroom was awkward for our teens. The nearby landmarks like Lake Ginninderra added to our relaxation. a decent choice for families.

The receptionist was very friendly, the room was spotless and the location is good for us, not in a busy area. Local shops are within walking distance.Would recommend, has cooking facilities in room which is a bonus.

The room we booked was newly renovated and well-appointed with minimal cooking facilities, sleeping bags on floors plus a balcony as advertised. Location: the hotel was short walk to Close to Softball fields. Also, Big Splash Waterpark was 2 miles away from the venue...

The venue was overall clean, and the staff were competent and efficient. the hotel's location was convenient for an event at GIO Stadium, as well as being close to the shopping center, supermarket, and eateries.

I liked how close it is to shops in Hawker and only a short drive to town, the AIS and Belconnen shopping centre

The fact that we could relax in comfort and cook our own meal and just take our time to do things and not have to rush around. That it was only about a ten minute drive into the centre of Canberra and it was easy to find our way around. Our room had everything we needed and the bed were comfortable and warm.
